Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the equipment in its original manufacturer box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables, ensuring the unit is securely padded for transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent to our inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the gear's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
